Customized “card pulling” aka not having a present layout

For January 27, 2017, the 27th day of the 31 days of Tarot challenge, the topic asks what special “spread” am I working on now. And my answer is None! I used to work on complex spreads with as many cards as possible, the more the merrier, but now I have simplified it down to asking questions and pulling cards! I read Intuitively with no need for some fancy predetermined layout.
I still enjoy using spreads and layouts once in a while, I just do not find them absolutely necessary for the simple daily reading that I have been doing.

In my video I give myself a reading asking for how to reach clients.

Best Advice I’v received about reading Tarot

For Ethony’s 31 Days of Tarot Challenge today’s video topic was the best piece of advice someone has ever given me about reading Tarot.

Which is to read intuitively, looking at the image and connecting to how it feels to me and also what it personally means to ME. Learning what each card personally means to us and trusting that knowledge allows spirit to better communicate with us. It also allows us to start developing intuitively so that we can further our intuitive and psychic connection with Spirit and the Universe.

Imaginary Clients for 31 Days of Tarot Challenge

For Ethony’s 31 Days of Tarot Challenge today’s video topic was about which 5 real or imaginary people and or characters I would want to give a reading to.

My characters are:

  1. Alucard from the Castlevania series
  2. Sephiroth from Final Fantasy 7
  3. Amelia Earhart
  4. The main character in Persona Revelations as I would be a regular NPC in the Velvet Room
  5. Extra Terrestrials

Who would you like to give Tarot or Oracle card readings to?

Tarot or Oracle Deck I wished Existed

For Ethony’s 31 Days of Tarot Challenge the video topic for January 24, 2017 was about which deck we wished existed.

My answer is simple: MINES 😛

What to store cards in?

I also uploaded a video for the 31 Days of Tarot Challenge to where the topic was about what was the favorite bag or box for me to store my Tarot & Oracle cards in. I don’t have a “favorite”, I just like to use fabric bags, and even made some of my own!

Notes:

  • Some say plastic or “synthetic” material containers are bad but don’t listen to them, use whatever works for you.
  • Boxes and plastic bags started breaking on me, which is why I switched to fabric bags.
  • Making bags is simple, and fun 🙂

The big one was what my parents got from a hotel and had accessories in it like toothbrush, toothpaste and a comb, the fish and the black multicolored ones are from Daiso which is a Japanese $1.50 store that I love to browse, I even got the white string and beautiful and colorful #chirimen fabric there! I like to use the chirimen fabric to make small bags for my Tarot cards because the Daiso bags are best for miniature cards. You can see the black bag doesn’t close over the standard sized tarot cards I put in there. I was also planning to make more bags but I want them to be multicolored/patterned and I am waiting till I have a good variety color and pattern matching pieces before I make anything. I am most likely going to just use the generic fabric store fabric which I have a ton of already to make more Tarot and Oracle Card bags.
