Guided Meditation Video Series: Light 光, Moon月, Sound音, Fire火, Water 水, Wood 木, Gold 金

A friend recommended that I film guided meditations so that is what I have been doing this week! Please note that this is a series that leads from one theme to the next, and even though you can watch the videos individually, watching them as a series will bring about the most affect. Also, I have edited this page to include the newest meditations in the series so that they can be added to the sequence.

On Sunday, 日曜日 I started off this series with a Vortex of Light guided meditation that included tapping and breathwork along with the visualization.

On Monday, 月曜日 I hosted a Dissolving [the ego] into Sound after sending our wishes to the Moon themed meditation.

Tuesday, 火曜日 I hosted a Burning Away the [mortal] Facade, connecting to [immortal] divine source, reforming from the truth of our being
themed one and had fun trying to not burn my fingers lol because when I started filming, I couldn’t find my planned piece of palo santo so I resorted to using the really short one that was kinda already mostly burnt up.

Wednesday was 水曜日 so I decided to record a Water Elemental Guided meditation. I had talked about possibly sticking my phone in a bowl of water since it is in a waterproof case or going to the beach, but I tried out the phone in water idea and realized that my case does leak, and I also worked too late to go to the beach. So I shone a flashlight into my crystal glass candle holder and filmed the prism effect that resembles water.
The River that Flows Underground

On Thursday I looked at all my videos and realized that the sound was too low in most of them so I attached my external microphone to my camcorder and recorded with that instead of camcorder sans microphone, or phone. I live streamed the first two meditations on facebook live, so the quality is as good as a phone can get.

Thursday is 木曜日 so I went outside and filmed a wood/nature themed guided meditation that brings up a childhood game where we pretend to be a “wooden” or dead person. Sometimes, we feel dead, whether in parts, or complete, so I decided to make this video about nourishing ourselves with Earth energy that enters through tree like energetic roots coming from our feet. We bring up the energy and allow it to nourish, heal, reconnect any frayed ends or “dead” parts in order to reanimate them, and regrow as a Whole.

ReAnimate ReGrow & ReConnect to All Parts of the Self

Friday is 金曜日 which is Gold elemental themed. So I thought of how Gold can symbolize Prosperity and Abundance. Hence I put a gold-like band around my Selenite candle holder and guided us through a meditation about accepting the energy Golden Prosperity from the Universe and allowing it to bring forth Abundant Expansion.
There is a difference between Balanced Prosperity and Excess. Balanced Prosperity nurtures our growth with everything we need and more: resources, information, food, shelter, friendships, human & energetic assistance. Excess is when we fall into confusion as our Ego tries to control the flow of abundance and leaves us overwhelmed by the torrent of incoming resources.
In this guided meditation we put on an energetic golden belt full that has many links and many tools for us to use, and if we are in need of anything, the belt magnetizes it to us. Then we allow this golden energy to embrace us in a vortex of golden dust that swirls all around helping us build and grow, as we grow golden branches our energetic fruits spread to others who join us in a link of prosperity so that the Golden Energy may go wherever it is needed. Our growth encourages and assists that of others. At the end we have the option of removing the symbolic belt and just letting the Golden Energy to embrace us and nurture our growth. Then we use our arms to smooth in the golden energy before we awaken.

January 19, 2017 Meditation for Nourishing Creativity, then Pick a Card!

An Oracle card for today!
Creativity Rx

Does your external work or habits seem to lack creativity to them? Do they feel boring or monotonous? Do your plans seem dull?
Then enliven your life and nourish your inner creativity by allowing yourself to be different, instead of keeping to one topic, bring your ideas to center around something completely different! Allow yourself to think new things and try ways to motivate yourself. Close your eyes and focus on your belly. Take three deep breaths. Ask it what it hungers for, then picture yourself feeding it this desire. Then move your focus up the body, visualizing rainbow liquid coming from your belly up to your heart, your throat and your mind. Let this creative liquid slosh around your head, dripping over your eyes, swirling in your forehead, flowing over your ears, back of the head and top of the head. Let the waves crash over the top of your head and picture yourself surfing on the highest crest! Then mentally or physically yell Yippee! And jump into the rainbow sea! Now finish this story, does the water turn into a candy sea? Or a clear lake with relaxing bubbles all around? Do you swim into the depths and dive for treasure? Or do you float up into the sky in a rainbow bubble of light?

Let me know what You envision yourself doing!
And however the story ends, write it down and then begin the rest of your life from there.
Have a playful Thursday!

I wanted to do something different : Pick a card! (Out of 3 choices) As a fun topic point for the day.
After watching the video, you can look to these questions for ideas on how to work with the story inside the car

Knight of Swords Rx : How can you be more reserved and less reckless? Instead of dashing into external danger, look towards yourself and question: What is causing this behavior and how can I try some odd new activity to ease my psyche?
Four of Wands : What does a joyful home environment mean for you? How do you bring joy and an air of celebration to your household? Maybe it’s party time!
Sun : What has the beauty of Truth revealed to you? Are you able to bask in the golden glow of life’s fortune with gratitude, thankfulness and self-love?
