Month: June 2016

Preparing for the Weekend! Look within and maintain boundaries as we rest and enjoy the break!

Right now we are managing our burdens and setting some aside in order to allow ourselves a time of relaxation in which we can recenter ourselves and refocus our efforts. To prepare for this weekend we should cut the inner ties to attachments which no longer serve us, such as obsessions and repetitive patterns of thoughts. Release ourselves so that we can be open to love from the Universe. We do not need to disconnect physically from those in our network as a good network of those who assist or lead us will provide a balanced base for prosperity.

love & wealth

To enjoy this weekend to the fullest, have proper boundaries and stay within integrity of yourself. After cutting away toxic ties, clear yourself of the energy surrounding them and keep them away. If you have difficulty with your network, clear your mind with a meditative practice and rise above any drama that is present, it’s time to let the drama go. Today’s (June 30, 2016) reading was about the end of drama and strife, the weekend reading is more about rest.

What helps us release ourselves is while acknowledging and accepting our shadow, we also know that we do mot have to force it out. Instead, we may let it surface naturally on its own and face it in context with the situation. We are ready, we are prepared, we do not need to preemptively start a fight with ourselves. We can let ourselves be and process what naturally flows within us.

Both our search for healing and the difficulty we encounter on this journey towards balanced wealth (money, time, health, network/family) grounds us. Our wounded inner selves may withdraw from unfamiliar situations and unknown variables, however, a breakthrough is imminent.

What crowns us is kindling the fire within and toning down on external activity in order to prevent burnout.

When there’s a lot to do and a lot of Karma to work through, sometimes it’s best to take a break and refresh ourselves.

For assistance with maintaining healthy boundaries, here is a wonderful video from Doreen Virtue with tip on how to maintain assertiveness with family members and difficult relationships. These tips are great when dealing with Anyone that exhibits behavior that “triggers” us.

EFT or the Emotional Freedom Technique helps with boundaries also And although I do not have videos on boundary setting with EFT, I do have some nice Wealth creation because …

The Wealth card popped up twice! So I decided to add Margaret Lynch‘s Tapping for an extra $1,000 a Month video

Here’s another video about tapping for asking for $50,000 a year 😛

Side note: I bought her Tapping Into Wealth book because multiple business coaches recommended it and although I have not read it yet (I am being distracted by some Really FUN books about metaphysics, psychic development, and Gaia Project books I Also bought), I am Really looking forward to reading it while on my upcoming road trip 🙂
Also, bookstores are just Too Much Fun!!!

Also, no videos on how to relax right now, but if you need help with that, you should sit still and Breath Deeply until you feel better.

Message for Today: Release, Meditate, and Mentally Process the Information

Release, meditate and mentally process our information so that we can let the past go, knowing that the cycle is ending. Meditate and clear the mind to allow the acknowledgement of the end of strife & drama to be instilled in our awareness. What grounds us is our logical analyses of the situation along with appropriate actions. What crowns us is knowledge and learning which will garner us a better understanding of that which is in question.

These past two weeks have been all about work and networking for me. And lately, I have been trying to manage them properly so that I may have a culmination of goals while maintaining a healthy and balanced life. While wondering about how I would deal with people, and maintain healthy boundaries I found this great video from Doreen Virtue with tip on how to maintain assertiveness with family members and difficult relationships. These tips are great when dealing with Anyone that exhibits behavior that “triggers” us and may lead to drama. Mentally processing helpful information allows us to store it in our mind for future use. Knowledge is power.

Interview with Rev. Jade Elizabeth

For my first interview this week, I met with Rev. Jade Elizabeth, who helps women & men overcome emotional turbulence caused by lack of self esteem. It was inspiring to hear how she worked though her own self-esteem issues and now helps others find themselves and the success that they are looking for as a Coach, Teacher, Speaker and Author of the book Your Amazing Itty Bitty Self-Esteem Book. In the interview she reads an excerpt about how to take control of our thoughts, letting us know that our subconscious mind does not process negative words such at “no”, “don’t” and the such. Hence, when we say things like “I don’t want to get sick” or “I don’t want to get hurt”, then we get what we did not ask for. So it is better for us to focus on what we Do want and not what we Do Not want. Therefore, we should say things like “I want to be healthy” or “I want to be in a fulfilling relationship”.

She teaches all sorts of informative and life changing classes. For more information, visit her website: or

One class of hers is:

Interview with Shauna Kossoff

This week has been exciting as I was able to also interview Shauna Kossoff, a Co-Founder of the Mysterium Center for an Extraordinary Life! Shauna went through an extensive journey in Metaphysical & Esoteric studies in the Modern Mystery School which allowed her to connect with the true happiness that she had felt in childhood and had been missing as she went through the stress of life. As a Co-Founder of the Mysterium Center, she guides people on their journey through life, helps them heal, find themselves and live Extraordinarily! Isn’t it exciting that they teach from a lineage dating back 3,000 years to the time of King Solomon?! I have become very interested in learning more about what they offer.

She teaches Max Meditation twice a week, Monday 7-8pm at The Temple of Light at 11 Goddard, Irvine 92618 and Tuesday 1pm at Mysterium Center 12476 Venice Blvd, Los Angeles 90066

Tarot Recap and Notes on the Burning Summer Solstice New Moon!

This past new moon happened on Summer Solstice and it was a very eventful day! We had a heat wave where I live which resulted in a lot of discomfort for people, and also prompted me to turn on the air conditioning, which used to be a rare event, and I also had trouble with electronic devices. My Tarot Recap and Notes are a little late, once you see it you will understand why!

What we manifested was this burning drive to push ourselves forwards towards our goals and as we manage our many responsibilities, the strongest part of this is obviously the weight of everything we are carrying! What we are aware of it that the sunlight is as helpful and harmonious when it burns this strong and were feeling lost and confused when faced with everything that is happening. A way to prepare for harvesting the fruit of our work is solve our own inner maze of confusion instead of looking for a solution outside. This is not a time to rule with logical severity, since we are so heavily burdened, we should give our minds a break and let go of trying to stay mentally on top of everything with exhaustive mental analyses. We already understand what is going on, so there is no need to keep watch over unchanging facts, we should instead look withing for answers to our hopes of security. Thus what grounds us is letting go of our ideals as we deal with reality, while keeping our hopes and dreams alive within us. What crowns us is not trying to grab onto any and all sources of physical security in the mess. Let go, go within, and find security withing ourselves by creating and nurturing a strong sense of inner stability, a secure mind, body and spirit connection so that we can always find ourselves whenever we feel lost in a maze.

How are you all doing? I am still trying to catch up to responsibilities and my general workload so i Really look forward to letting go and preparing for the Dark Moon of the next cycle. Time for some inner work to find my inner sense of calm and security!
